What do you actually do?

What happens when someone rings and I can't answer?
Our AI assistant picks up, any time of day or night. It asks who they are, what the job is, where it is, how urgent it is and when they're free. Then it sends you those details so you can ring them back.
Will callers know it's not a real person?
Yes. It tells them at the start of every call. People who find out later that they were fooled don't hire you, so we don't hide it.
What if it's an emergency?
It stops asking questions. For a real emergency it tells the caller to ring the emergency services. If someone asks for a real person, it passes the call on straight away.
Will it quote prices or book jobs for me?
No. It takes the details. You decide the price and when you can do it.
How do the review messages work?
After a job, your customer gets a WhatsApp message from your business asking them to leave a Google review, with a link straight to the right page. We don't write fake reviews and we don't pay for them. It only gets real customers to do what they already meant to.
What's this about ChatGPT?
More people are asking ChatGPT or Google's AI 'who's a good plumber near me?' instead of searching. It names a few businesses and that's it. We check whether you're one of them, show you the proof, and fix what's holding you back. We can't promise it'll name you, because nobody controls it.
